The helvicon.com website is operated under the Helvicon brand, which belongs to the Controller.

The Controller can be contacted by e-mail at info@helvicon.com or by post at the registered office address indicated above.

The Controller processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, commonly referred to as the GDPR.

Depending on how the website is used, the Controller may process data provided voluntarily by the user through the contact form or as part of direct contact with the Controller.

In the case of the contact form available on the website, the Controller may process the following data:

If the contact is aimed at entering into a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis for processing may also be Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Data may be processed in order to maintain contact with representatives of contractors, business partners, suppliers, research units, institutions or other entities interested in cooperation.

• data submitted through the contact form will be stored for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and then for the period necessary to secure possible claims,  

• data processed as part of business relationships will be stored for the duration of cooperation and then for the period required by law or justified by the protection of the Controller’s interests,  

• data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until the consent is withdrawn,  

• technical data and logs related to the operation of the website will be stored for the period necessary to ensure the security and proper operation of the website.

Personal data may be transferred to entities supporting the Controller in operating the website and communication, in particular:

• the website hosting provider, Webflow,  

• the e-mail service provider for the domain, cyber_Folks,  

• entities providing technical or IT support,  

• entities handling the contact form,  

• law firms, accounting offices or advisers, if necessary,  

• public authorities, if the obligation to provide data results from applicable law.  

Data is transferred only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above.

6. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area

The Controller does not use additional analytical or marketing tools from providers outside the European Economic Area on the website.

The website is maintained using the Webflow platform. In connection with the use of this service, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In such a case, the transfer of data takes place with the use of appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms provided for by law.

The data subject has the right to:

• access their data,  

• rectify incorrect data,  

• erase data,  

• restrict processing,  

• data portability,  

• object to the processing of data,  

• withdraw consent at any time, if the data is processed on the basis of consent.  

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Users’ personal data is not used for automated decision-making that would produce legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affect them.

The Controller does not profile website users for advertising purposes.
